 Good morning friends, the time is just flying by! It’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. We are continuing with the theme of shapes for the month of April. Today’s challenge is “Hexagons”. Make a layout with Hexagons on it.

Here is my layout…

Last spring on Easter weekend we took a drive down to the lake to clear our pandemic heads and get outside in the fresh air! We had a lovely time together.

I used Teresa Collins paper and stickers for my layout. The stickers we already in hexagon shape, which made the challenge easy. The brads are from my stash.

 Happy Easter Sunday everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying the Easter weekend! It’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. We are continuing with the theme of Shapes for the month of April. Today’s challenge is Hearts! Use hearts on your layout.

I choose to do a layout today of my youngest son’s birthday celebration from last year as today is actually his birthday! Last year due to the pandemic we had to celebrate in the garage once again the evening before his birthday as we were entering another lockdown at midnight! Memories that we won’t soon forget!

 It’s a lovely Spring day today. I am hoping to get out and do some yard work, but first I have a layout to share with you!

My husband took this photo of me when I returned home from handing in my work computer on my last day of work! Awww retirement!

Earth Day

 Happy Monday everyone, I can say that since I am retired! I have a layout to share with you today.

Last April, my work had a contest to send in a photo to show how you were being environmentally conscious about helping the earth. It could be by planting, recycling, composting etc, so I sent in this photo to show my seedlings that I had planted, my raised gardens and composters. I won first prize and was gifted a solar charger.

I was inspired by the challenge from Scrap Our Stash.

I used the middle vertical row - fussy cutting, butterfly and any shade of green.

Material list - Wild Whisper - Play in the Dirt papers, Thickers, Darcie Baker’s Twine and the wood veneer is from my stash.

ENTREPRENEURS - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

 Good day everyone, I hope you are enjoying your weekend! It’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. We are continuing with the theme for April of using shapes on your layouts. Today’s challenge is to use “Circles” on your layout.

Here is my layout…

I used many circles on my layout. I cut the larger circles with my Creative Memories circle cutters. I choose three different sizes and used patterned paper that also has circles on them. I fussy cut the spinners.

Material list - Pebbles - Lakeside wood background paper, Echo Park- All About a Boy paper and stickers and the alpha is from my stash.

And now for the interactive parts! I had so many photos that I wanted to use, so I added some extra space to my layout!

This is the left side with a flap going the length of the layout that opens up to reveal four more photos. There are also two other photos under the single photo on the left.

And here is the right side of the layout. On this page I put a flap that opens up towards the top to reveal six more photos and journaling.

I just had to scrap this photo of my grandson! He’s such a great guy! I was able to use up lots of scrap pieces of paper on this layout!
