Easter - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

Happy Sunday friends, I hope that everyone is enjoying their weekend! It's time for the newest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. We are starting a new theme today for the month of August, just one day early called  - 3 Things.

For our August challenges, you will be given a list of three items that you must use on your layout. How much or how little of each item that you use is up to you. You can also use other items that are not on the list, but you must include the required 3 things.

Today's challenge is Icon/Geometric patterned paper, circles, and stickers

For the icon paper - think rainbows, unicorns, ice cream cones, etc. on the paper. Circles can be anything circular - a circular die-cut piece,  chipboard piece, sticker, brads, enamel dots, etc.

Here is my layout.....

I choose Easter paper as my Icon paper. Aren't the little bunnies and sheep adorable? My washi tape is the green strip between the Icon paper and the plaid paper. My circles are the green Easter Wishes sticker and the pink bling throughout the layout.

This layout is from Easter a few years ago. My Mom made sure that all the grandchildren and great grandchildren got an Easter egg, no matter their age.

Here is each page closer up...

Material List - Colorplay - Easter Wishes paper and stickers. Spellbinders Want 2 Scrap Nestabling, and Celebrate It Ribbon.

Love and Bee Loved - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

Good Morning everyone!

Today's challenge is - Floral patterned paper, hearts and washi tape. The hearts can be patterned paper or embellishments. If you don't have washi tape, you may use border stickers of paper strips.

Here is my layout.....

These photos are from last summer when my grandson was helping me to pick veggies in the garden.

I did lots of fussy cutting on this one. I didn't have washi tape that matched, so I used part of the sticker border at the bottom of the journal tag. I used metal dies to cut different heart shapes from tiny pieces of paper that were left over from my fussy cutting. Waste not, want not!!!!

Material List - Graphic 45 - Let It Bee paper, Journal cards and stickers.

Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia!!! Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

Good morning everyone, I hope you are enjoying your weekend! It’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. We are starting a new theme for the month of June a little early. The theme is : "Switcheroo"

Sometimes we get stuck using certain products or can't find a certain paper to match our photos. This month we are going to Switch it up a bit. We need to realize those themed lines are versatile sometimes by going with colour or pattern. Use any Holiday themed papers for something other than that particular Holiday. For example, use Christmas papers for any other type of layout other than Christmas. By using the basic colours/prints you can use it for something else. Please state what you used and why you chose to use it for your layout.

Here is my layout….

I didn’t choose holiday themed paper, but I did choose themed paper. Photoplay’s We Can Just Stay Home and Play COVID themed paper and embellishments. I thought it worked with my husband and grandsons being indoor gardeners. I just didn’t use any of the pandemic themed papers or embellishments. I stuck mainly to the adorable sloths!

Here is each page closer up….

They enjoyed applying the seeds as much as checking on the process in the coming weeks!
