OH SNAP! MEMORIES are Forever!

Today I would like to share a layout created with Project Life cards.

I just love making layouts with PL cards.....I cut one of the cards in three for the strip down the left side of the layout.

Here are some closeups....

I used a Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons cut file by Lisa Norris. I just love that little camera. I added film strip and arrow washi by MME.

A little heart clip at the top from my stash attached with Tim Holtz Tiny Attachers, vellum ticket from my stash and a Simple Stories Snap studio flair button add some details.

I created a pocket to add a journaling tag to hide the funny story behind the picture.

The background paper is Recollections and the cards are from Me & My Big Ideas and Elle's Studio - Day to Day tabs.

I used the sketch from Let's Capture Our Memories for inspiration.

I was also inspired by the following challenges:

Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons monthly challenge - Oh Snap!

ALL STAR

Happy Friday everyone! I have another T-Ball layout to share with you today.

I picked up this background paper at Scrapfest....unfortunately they only had one. It is from Prima - Allstar Collection "Triple Play". I think it is fabulous. The other papers are October Afternoon - Sasparilla.

Here are some closeups.....

A Silhouette cut file for the title. I added an extra layer to the star and then mounted the star clip with Tim Holtz Tiny Attachers. The cardstock is Bazzill Dots and textured cardstock.

I did the Aiden banner from ScrapMatts chipboard. I am amazed with how many things I have spelled out so far with these and there is still lots left. I threaded AC twine and hung it from a couple of brads from my stash. The Evalicious badge added just the right touch.

I used the sketch from The Memory Nest Make It Monday No. 40.
I flipped my layering and photo to the opposite side due to the pattern on my background paper that I wanted to show through.

I was also inspired by Lydia's Sketch N Scrap 3rd Birthday Bash challenge to use three different papers of the same colour. I used red.
and the Anything Goes challenge at Silhouette Challenges.

Have a wonderful weekend. I know that my family will....my Niece is getting married tomorrow!!!

'Cute As A Button'

The sun is shining brightly, so it has warmed the day up nicely.

Speaking of sunshine...I think my layout is full of it....

Mason is always willing to pose for Nana and he loved the Bachelor Buttons in the garden.

Here are a couple of closeups....

I cut the gear shape from a Silhouette file and sanded the embossed dots to expose the core colour of the Coredinations cardstock.

I created the flowers with different sizes of circle punches....roughed up the paper a bit, inked the edges and layered them up with a button....to go with the theme.

Product List - Echo Park - Lori Whitlock - All About A Boy papers and stickers and Little Boy line, Coredinations cardstock, Arrow paper is Imaginisce. Amy Tangerine paper leaf. The twine and buttons are from my stash.

I used the Let's Get Sketchy Week 3 sketch.....

I was also inspired by the Silhouette Challenges -Anything Goes
and
Beyond Grey Challenges - BGC #68 - To make your own embellishments.
and
Marie-Christine's Sketch N Scrap Challenge #2 to use Orange & blue and three different buttons.

These photos were taken a couple of summers ago when the Grandsons played T-ball for the first time.

Here are some closeups...

A Silhouette cut file for my title.

The Fancy Pants papers and embellishments matched the photos perfectly.

TODAY

Today I would like to share a layout with a photo from my first year in school. It is a family photo with my two sisters.

Aren't we cute....my sisters in their curls and we all have matching white blouses!!! I am wearing one of my favourite jumpers!

Here are some closeups....

I stamped the background with a couple of different Teresa Collins stamps.

I created the hexagon grid with stickers from the Teresa Collins Now & Then line.

All of the papers, stickers & chipboard are Teresa Collins Now & Then.
The doily is Bo-Bunny.
I also added some Tim Holtz Texture Paste to the bottom right corner with a stencil and then added some colour with Tim Holtz Distress Ink.

I used the sketch from Stick It Down for inspiration.

I was also inspired by the following challenges:
Wendy's  Sketch N Scrap challenge to use the number 3 on a project.
Scrapping 4 Fun Challenges to use Techniques on a project. I used inking - 3 different kinds, inking the edges and stamping and colouring the texture paste stencil....which is another technique.

Memories

Today I would like to share a special layout of my Mom & I.

This photo was taken on my first trip to my Grandparent's house. Doesn't my Mom look gorgeous? A proud Mama of her 4th child.

Here are some closeups....

I splattered some paint on the background of the Teresa Collins Now & Then papers. The brads are also from the same line. The adhesive backed gold lace is from my stash.

I used the sketch from Let's Get Sketchy Week 1 for inspiration.

I was also inspired by the following challenges....

Pixels and Paper And then it was May Challenge
I was inspired by everything in this photo except the tea cup....everything else just says...My Mom and I knew I had this photo to scrap, so it was perfect inspiration. From my Mom's hairdo, dress and the doilies on my Grandmother's chair.

Alicia's Challenge for Sketch N Scrap's 3rd Birthday Bash to use 3 of the same embellishment. I used three pink brads, three green brads, three beige brads and three different colours of paint splatters.

Stuck On U Sketches Die cut challenge to feature our Mom's and use a die cut....mine is the butterfly.

Life is Good - Stuck?! Sketches DT Reveal

If you are looking for the ScrapMuch? Sketch-y Friday Reveal....please scroll down.....

I am so excited to share my second reveal for today....this time for Stuck?! Sketches Design Team Reveal.

Here is my layout.....

Another photo from last summer posing with my wheel barrow filled with flowers.

Here are some closeups....

I added lots of pink machine stitching to my background. The title was from a ScrapMuch? kit club kit. I added the arrow and some MME Chalk twine for details.

I popped up my banner at the bottom and layered on a Evalicious This & That badge button.

All the papers, die cuts and corrugated paper are Fancy Pants. The chipboard button above is Bella. I fussy cut some of the shapes and layered them up with the die cuts.

Here is Laura's amazing sketch...I just loved working with this one. It came together so quickly. I just changed it up a bit by using one 5x7 photo rather than two smaller ones.

Be sure to link up your creations by the 29th of May for a chance to win a prize from one of the generous sponsors.

I was also inspired by the following challenges....

Scrap It Girl to use stitching or sewing on a project
and
Scrappy Friends Tic Tac Toe Challenge - I used the third row down - Arrow, Anything Pink and Lined Paper.
