 Happy Sunday friends, welcome to the August challenges at Lasting Memories Layout Challenges! Team Member Lori will be bringing you this month's Challenge theme which will be a new Sketch for each week's challenge.  Lori says that she always feels stumped by sketches but once she is finished with the page, she loves the way it looks! Personally, I  love a good sketch! We can't wait to see what everyone creates!

I am still catching up on my grandson’s school photos! I had duplicates of the same photo, so I thought they were perfect for the sketch! I rather like how it turned out!!!

Grade 10 - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

    Happy Sunday everyone, it’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. 

We are continuing with Team Member Brandi bringing us this month’s challenge theme. Her older son just finished his first year of preschool in May, so we are taking inspiration from the things you learned in preschool.

                                   This week’s challenge is “ABCs and 123s” 

For this week’s challenge, select any group of 3 consecutive letters (i.e. ABC or LMN etc) and use an item on your layout for each letter. Also, use 1, 2 and 3 of an item.

                           (A-alpha, B-bling, C-clock & 1-photo, 2-stacks of books, 3-chevrons)

Organic - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

       Happy Sunday everyone, it’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal.

This week’s challenge is “Time Spent at Play is Never Wasted” 

There is a lot of play time built in to the preschool day, in fact, it’s probably the favorite part of the day for most kiddos! This week’s challenge is to create a layout about how you PLAY! Share about a hobby or any activity you enjoy in your spare time.

Another of my favourite ways to spend my time other than crafting is gardening! My husband took this photo of me recently in my garden with my Holly Hock plants. Holly Hocks were my Grandma’s favourite! They always make me think of her with a big smile!

Welcome to JULY at Lasting Memories! Team Member Brandi will be bringing us this month’s challenge theme. Her older son just finished his first year of preschool in May, so we are taking inspiration from the things you learned in preschool.

                                   This week’s challenge is “Colours of the Rainbow” 

Four year old’s worlds are often very colorful - they’re learning all about the colours of the rainbow. As scrapbookers, colour is a big part of our world too! This week’s challenge is to use at least FOUR different colours on your layout.

I’ve been getting caught up on my Grandson’s school layouts! I used more than four colours on my layout, all Authentique paper and stickers.
