16 Candles - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

 Happy Sunday everyone, it is time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. We are starting a new theme for the month of November a little early. The theme for November is Sketches!

I love sketches, but some people find Sketch Challenges to be very difficult, let's see how you do with the challenge!

I choose to do a birthday layout of my oldest grandson who just turned 16! I used the DCWV Generation TECH Stack to create this layout as it suites his interests to a tee!!! I fussy cut some of the elements from the paper as well as cut out some of the sayings as embellishments. I added some wood veneer elements and Thickers to finish things off. I stayed fairly true to the sketch!

THESE MOMENTS - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

 Good morning friends, I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend! It’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. Today we have the last Mood Board challenge for October and the challenge is Spring colours. Use  as much or as little as you want to create this Spring themed coloured mood board. Here is my layout…

I managed to use all of the colours with this bright cheerful layout. We are posing in front of the flowering crab tree on Mother’s Day. And with this layout, I have completed all of my 2021 memories!!! First time that I can say that I have completed an entire year!

Material list - My Minds Eye - Jubilee paper, Basic Grey - Highline paper, brads and photo frames, Basic Grey - Prism wood die cuts, Fancy Pants stickers, Recollections doily and Ac cardstock to back my title that I fussy cut from the Highline paper.

EEEK! - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

Good morning everyone, it’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. We are continuing with the mood board theme for October. Today’s challenge is Autumn Tone colours - Choose as many colours as you want to use.

Here is my layout…

A Spooky Halloween layout with photos from our time last fall at our favourite pumpkin patch! Lots of spooky characters! I used lots of Distress Ink - Black Soot on the edges of my patterned paper and also the black cardstock. I first applied a white ink and then toned it down with more black soot.

Material list - black AC Cardstock, patterned paper from a pad of Love Nicole - Vintage Halloween, Jolee’s Boutique embellishments, Simple Stories foam stars a d ephemera from Pebbles.
