This is one of the first pictures of Mason that I took, just moments after he was born.
Here are some closeups.....
I cut the title with a Silhouette file. I tucked in a Pebbles' die cut and layered up stitching above the vellum arrow.
I started out with some paint circles on my background with different size circles that I dipped in paint. A technique that I learned from the talented Laura Whittaker. Then I layered up a die cut, Studio Calico wood veneer hearts and a button from my stash.
More stitching and layering up of the Pebbles' die cuts, a button from my stash with a Darice twine bow tied from behind, and a couple more stars.
All the papers I used are from Pebbles.
Here is Laura's fabulous sketch....
Be sure to play along and link up your creations before the 29th of April for a chance at a fabulous prize from one of the generous sponsors this month.
I was also inspired by the challenge at Southern Girls Challenge to use stars.
