Here are some closeups..
An arrow die cut under my Apha (Fancy Pants & Authentique) title.
I stamped the background with a music sheet stamp and Memento Summer Sky ink.
Chipboard banner topped with some paper twine (from my stash).
Tim Holtz Texture paste stencilling with a little ink for colour. I fussy cut the hearts and layered up little hearts and stars.
The new Mom looks sad in these photos as baby was having some difficulties and they gave him to her to hold for a few minutes before taken him off to the nursery....after 24 hours....all was fine.
I used the new sketch from The Memory Nest #38 for inspiration.
I was also inspired by the following challenges....
Shopping Our Stash #197 - Lost & Found - to use items from your stash that you recently found. A couple of weeks ago I found the Fancy Pants paper, stickers and chipboard kit that I didn't even remember that I had!
Use Your Stuff Challenge #180 - Anything Goes.
Love To Scrap! Challenges #52 - Anything Goes.
and
Scrap Our Stash #25 - Use items to spell the word Stamp
S - stamp and stencil
T- Tim Holtz Texture Paste
A - Arrow
M - Mini Alphas
P - Paper Twine
and
Red Carpet Studios #99 to use sprays or texture medium on your layout.
