First Home

Today I would like to share a layout I created for my Daughter's first home....


Here they are standing happily with the SOLD sign!!!

I used the fabulous sketch from The Memory Nest - Make It Monday No. 35.


I was also inspired by the challenge at The Studio Challenges to use up some old stash.

I have had this American Crafts paper, stickers and embellishments for some time now!
