Ross Family Christmas - ScrapMuch? Sketch-y Friday Team A - DT Reveal

Well it has rolled around to the end of another work week! Woo Hoo! And time for ScrapMuch? Sketch-y Friday Team A Design Team Reveal.

I have another Christmas layout to share with you.....

Every year we have a special Christmas tradition....Ross Family Christmas! A day when just the Ross' gather for our Christmas celebration. Last year 2/3 of our children made it home for the celebration. It was a very memorable day as just as everyone arrived, the electricity went out after a major ice storm....and stayed off for most of the day. It came on in time to prepare supper and just as we sat down to eat, off it went again. We learned that we didn't need electricity to celebrate the special times with special people.

Here are a couple of closeups....my title that I created after a Silhouette class with the talented Laura Whittaker at a recent ScrapMuch? retreat.

Hearts cut from Craft Smith burlap, Star clip from Paper Studio, Momenta metal button and gems from my stash.

Here is Laura's fabulous sketch....

Paper used - AC Cardstock & Teresa Collins.

Be sure to link up your layouts before the 29th of December for a chance at an awesome prize.

I was also inspired by the challenge at Frosted Designs to create a Christmas layout without the traditional red & green. I used silver, gold and burgandy.

Stay Crafty!!!
