 Happy Sunday everyone, it’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. We are continuing with the theme of using some of the words associated with summer to inspire our scrapbooking. Your layout doesn’t have to use the theme, just the wordplay!

Today’s challenge will be our final challenge for the month of June.

 Summer might entail packing the family up for a vacation in the great outdoors, so please use an item or technique that starts with the letter of this summer word: CAMPERS.

 Summer brings the holiday where we celebrate our dads, so please use an item or technique that starts with the letters of this summer word: FATHER

Here is my layout…

I used the following F-filmstrip frames, A-alpha, T-twine, H-heart, E- epoxy stickers, R- ribbon.

Everything I used was 49 & Market except the heart, twine and alpha. These photos were taking in the 1960’s. I remember helping my Dad place new floor tiles like it was yesterday! Happy Father’s Day Dad!!! Love you and miss you every day!

Celebrate

 Hello friends, I have a double layout to share with you today!

My husband’s first COVID birthday celebration which also fell on Mother’s Day, so we celebrated all day together!!!

I was inspired by the double sketch challenge at Stick It Down, here is the sketch…

I was also inspired by the challenge at Challenge Yourself  which is to use a favourite song! I choose Celebration by Kool & The Gang!

100% AWESOME - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

  Happy Sunday everyone, it’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. We are continuing with the theme of using some of the words associated with summer to inspire our scrapbooking. Your layout doesn’t have to use the theme, just the wordplay!

 Summer hopefully brings the launch of all those seniors, so please use an item or technique that starts with the letters of this summer word: GRADS.

Here is my layout…

The items that I used are - G-green, R-ribbon, A-arrow, D-die-cut, S-stars! The die-cut is from Bella Blvd, as are all the pieces I used behind the die-cut. Background papers are Simple Stories. The stickers are a variety from Bella Blvd and Simple Stories.

We took these photos of our Angus while trying to give him a bath! We thought we would try it outside to see if he liked it any better….NOT! But he does love to be clean!
