Wild At Heart

Happy Sunday everyone!

I have a layout to share today from the Burford Agricultural Society Family Day. They had a motorcycle stunt group perform and because like most other days this summer, it was raining lightly so the track was wet. Both performers wiped out, so the show was cut short. The boys stood in line after to get an autograph...their first autograph signing. They were very excited. When they got their turn, the first thing Mason asked was....are you okay? It was so adorable!!!

And some closeups...

The title is chipboard piece from Fab Scraps that I painted first with Craftsmart Acrylic Paint (dark yellow) and then oversprayed with Mister Huey's Amarillo Taxi.

Products used - Papers & Stickers Bo Bunny - Lemonade Stand, Tiny Tackers by Tim Holtz, EK Tools - Fastenater large staples, MME Washi tape, wood veneer hand - Basic Grey - Hipster and button and paper clip from my stash.

I used the sketch from Sketch N Scrap Sketch #62 as inspiration...

I was also inspired by the Summer Challenge at S.W.A.T. Drill #38.

Stay scrappy and enjoy your overcast weekend!!!!

On a side note, my brother used to date a girl from Burford. An old co-worker married a girl from Burford. My question was always, "where the heck is Burford?"

    1. Your comments about Burford made me giggle. Burford is a small village between Brantford and Woodstock. In the heart of tobacco growing country!!!
