Comfort & Joy - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

 Greetings friends, I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! It’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal. We are continuing with the theme of Deliberate Designs hosted by Cheryl for the month of January. Sometimes we start a layout without thinking through our process, but often it helps to have some direction first. This month, we will deliberately focus on different aspects of our design in order to give some pizzazz to the finished product. Today’s challenge is - create visual triangles by adding three groups of embellishments.

Here is my layout…

I created this sweet layout of our granddaughter doing a fashion show of the Christmas dresses her Mom purchased at a second hand store. All three dresses for $6, what an amazing deal! Start the car!

Adventure- Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

We are continuing with the theme of Deliberate Designs hosted by Cheryl for the month of January. Sometimes we start a layout without thinking through our process, but often it helps to have some direction first. This month, we will deliberately focus on different aspects of our design in order to give some pizzazz to the finished product. Today’s challenge is- Focus on Your Photos - use multiple photos (at least two) but be sure to give your focus photo the star treatment.

My focus photo is on the left hand page. I added lots of layers of beautiful 49 and Market Rust and Revs papers and embellishments. It’s always easy to make a great layout with 49 and Market goodies!

Having Fun - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

 Happy Sunday friends, it sure is chilly in Southern Ontario today! It’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal  We are continuing with the theme of Deliberate Designs hosted by Cheryl for the month of January. Sometimes we start a layout without thinking through our process, but often it helps to have some direction first. This month, we will deliberately focus on different aspects of our design in order to give some pizzazz to the finished product. Today’s challenge is- Focus on Your Story - do something with your journaling that is a little outside your comfort zone.

I printed my journaling on a piece of vellum and then added it to my layout. I have wanted to try this for a while. I love how it turned out!

Magical Christmas Concert 2024 - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

 Happy New Year everyone! I hope everyone had a great time ringing in the New Year! It’s time for the latest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal  We are continuing with the theme of Deliberate Designs hosted by Cheryl for the month of January. Sometimes we start a layout without thinking through our process, but often it helps to have some direction first. This month, we will deliberately focus on different aspects of our design in order to give some pizzazz to the finished product. Today’s challenge is- Focus on Your Title - use an extra large or long title, get creative with multiple fonts, replace a couple of letters in your title with pictures, etc.

This is a layout of my youngest Grandson at his Preschool Christmas Concert. It was so darned cute to see the little ones performing! I used several different fonts for my title!
