As soon as I saw today’s inspiration Picture Book I knew which photos that I wanted to use for my layout. These two have always been intrigued by insects, especially an Inchworm! Just look at those adorable little faces!

                     I was inspired by the beautiful Autumn colours! Such a beautiful colour palette! This is such a funny picture. Our grandson was helping his Papa repair a full size Santa on Thanksgiving weekend. So he is holding Santa’s head with all the Autumn splendour in the background!

I created month in review layouts this year! I am loving them! Great way to document the everyday life moments! I used two different striped papers on my layout. One as a border strip on the top and bottom and the other as a layer behind the larger picture grouping. Stripes add such definition to a layout!

One of my favourite tools is the WeR Memory Keepers Tag maker. It cuts each tag with precision so you can have even line of tags like I created on this layout!!!

Here are some general guidelines:
• Rectangular strips can be border punched, turned into banners or tags.
• Larger rectangles, circles or squares should be left whole.
• If you'd like to do a double page, use all of the required pieces on one page and then duplicate only those you want on the 2nd page.
• Photos may be matted with additional paper.
• Add your choice of embellishments, titles, journaling, etc.
• You can use scraps or cut pieces out of whole sheets of paper.

Use the following sizes of papers on your layout.

4 - 2.5 x 10

4 - .5 x 12

4 - 3 x 4 (could use journal cards)

I chose to use the longer pieces and create a weave pattern and then I used the smaller 3x4 pieces as layering behind my photo. I will admit, I struggled with this group of pieces but I am really happy with what I created.
